The new system has been built using PHP and Apache server for platform independence purposes. Central database collected information from the licence databases and routed them to the printer database closest to the addressee where it got printed by a third party printer company and sent using public post services. My responsibility was designing and developing licence database, user interface, and mid-tier components.
