- Managing design and development of merchant accounting module for the bank’s new POS acquiring network. Budapest Bank has launched its currently operating POS network in November, 2005. Central part of this system is the merchant accounting module that routes transactions executed on the bank’s network and sends authorization requests to V+ for on-us transactions, generates internal reports and statements of accounts, and initiates wire transfers for merchants. As lead developer, my role is keeping contact with the customer, managing the entire software design and development. As a consultant, my role is measuring business requirements, making analysis, professional agreement with the customer.

- Managing desing and development of ATM monitoring and management integrated business solution for Euronet Ltd. The application developed for Euronet, owner of BANKOMAT ATMs, and operator of ATMs of more than 20 banks in 8 European country and in India, provides comfortable and ergonomic intra- and extranet user interface conversely to AS/400 terminal applications used before, for Euronet employees, suppliers and customers. The system consists of a central ATM management application and satellite applications built around it. Such is ATM monitoring application that receives messages via AS/400 from ATMs over TCP/IP, opens tickets when it is necessary, sends dispatching messages, escalates issues and generates automatic reports. As lead developer, my role is keeping contact with Euronet, managing the entire software design and development.

The system was built using Microsoft technologies, focusing on Digital Dashboard. I managed designing and developing of the system, and did technology testing. I also created project schedules.

- The company had an old real postcard-sending system with that they had loads of troubles, so that they decided to start from scratch. The new system has been built using PHP and Apache server for platform independence purposes. Central database collected information from the licence databases and routed them to the printer database closest to the addressee where it got printed by a third party printer company and sent using public post services. My responsibility was designing and developing licence database, user interface, and mid-tier components.
